  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.

  • Please note that delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be subject to additional delays or limitations based on our logistics partners’ coverage.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping within India takes approximately 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above INR 799.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below INR 799, a flat shipping fee of INR 99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Special promotions, such as discounts or free shipping on select items, may be offered from time to time—keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if provided). You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to you.

6. Delivery Partners

  • Reshipping charges may apply in such cases, depending on the circumstances.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • We take utmost care to package your products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items for a replacement or refund.

  • In the rare event of a lost shipment, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items
